Shella City is a land reserved and protected by Shella Treaty, signed by members of United Nations. It’s city-state and doesn’t belong to any continent. It’s bounded by shorelines and half of its land is developed.
The Metropolis
The Metropolis area consists of a cluster of the following districts: –
Gound Maze
Shella’s largest district and its main income source. Known for high end brands of fashion and luxury market, streets are wide, inaccessible by vehicles and designed a maze to prolong the walking period and increase shopping. The Metro Loop stations and walking are the only means of transport.
Divided into South, North, West and Wast Maze and the longest street is Laurence St. Ground Maze contains fashion houses, stores, malls and residential buildings.
Charm Piazza
largest open area, used for several occasions where Charm Day is the most known. Founders signed the Treaty with the UN members inside Charm Piazza.
The Piazza is a famous tourist attraction known for its fanciness, delicate style and has water fountains and marvelous monuments. It is connected to South Maze through Lawrence Street.
Wealth District
Located East of Charm Piazza, known as home for financial buildings and corporates HQs. Shella Bank and the Exquisite Building, the home of Shella Stock Exchange are located in the middle. The Skyscrapers and Shella Marina are toward the East of Wealth District.
Skyscrapers
Around twenty skyscrapers, known for their magnificent designs and sizes, some are connected to each other through sky-bridges.
Seifu District
East of Ground Maze, the district that hosts majority of Government buildings including City Council building and the Governé seat building. It also hosts the mission offices (no embassies) for Partner Cities.
Stazion District
A district that hosts large indoor and outdoor events venues and open spaces. Located toward North East. Famously hosting Fashion Seasons opening ceremonies and Miss Shella events. They create artificial snow during winter and can change the ambience to match certain fashion events.
Ville District
A district that was originally built as small apartments to host the early labor who worked in Shella’s construction during Founders and Growth Age. Before the district expands to host apartments for majority of Grounds people. The district is fashionable and designed for high quality of life and has its own parks, shops, communities etc.
Nordlys District
A new and luxurious district for fancy penthouses and known for hosting top fine dining spots, bars, clubs, casinos and night life activities. Laser generated aurora lights illuminate the sky at certain nights.
Haute Square
Located South of Charm Piazza, a district that contains all the Innovation Halls. Massive Research and Development Centers serving Fashion and Luxury industries.
The City
The Prestige
A suburb located on the North Side, known for its fancy roads and the sprawling estates known as the Mansions. Home to the small and the high-level Prestige society.
The Suburbs
Located at the south of the City around Marks Road, contains houses of various sizes. Some suburbs are fancier than other with Hi-Sky society owning the largest villa houses.
Challis
A fancy compound around a lake in the North East side and close to Randal’s home (Platinum Palace) which is at the corner of the East and North shorelines. Challis is the home for Domainia Divinity Realm’s models.
The Ports
Consists of Sea Port toward the south east, Land Port at the west side of the Metropolis and a small Sea Port at the north side. Ports contain warehouses and logistic facilities also host light industries area for maintenance, repair and assembly activities. It also hosts the utilities such as power plants, water plants etc.
A cargo train connect the sea port to the land port through an automated railway.
The port is famous for its net zero emissions, hygiene and advanced automation. Port society used to live in dedicated apartments but now due to their reduction in numbers and availability of Metro Loop stations they now live inside the Metropolis.
Vestivina
A developed zone within the National Park, famous as a touristic hub. It contains hotels, resorts, attractions and hills for hiking, snowboarding, golf and various sport stadiums for entertainment sport events. It has concert zones and luxurious night life style.
Shella National Park
Massive natural area, known for its great nature, wild life, lakes, waterfalls and open landscape.
The Fashion Grove and Sylvan Village were taken by Sylvan Couture circle who managed to obtain a license for their village to be built inside National Park.
